2014 Re-Launch

I ain't dead! 2013 was just too packed with real life to devote time to TSS, but I have still been painting here and there, so there is a bunch of stuff to post about. I have had no internet access at home, which is still not resolved. I'll probably resort to lining up posts then blasting them out at a local cafe's wifi hotspot.

Have a great holiday season, and see you in 2014!

  2. Yay! I look forward to being (further) inspired by your excellent painting :) Also, I think if I lost internet access at home I would have some kind of mental breakdown so I am impressed by your fortitude.

    1. No internet is totally depressing. I'm moving next year, so it will probably not be sorted out until I do that.
Your painting continues to re-inspire, great to see you still on the case!

    2. Do you get more "paper" reading done without online access? Honest question. I worry I am an internet addict.

    3. I haven't opened a paper book for years. I also don't watch broadcast TV. Having no internet has put a huge dent in my Skype and blog time, but the main pain is not being able to google things when they occur to me, or use youtube to learn how to do something.

    1. Thanks Gunrunner, it's certainly nice to be missed :)
Our Australian sports people have been such uniformly ungracious winners throughout history that I reflexively support their opponents in any matchup and set my hopes on the most ignominious Australian defeat possible. Especially the cricketers.
